Opened business as Overseas Education Consultants.
1987
Held the first exhibition for study in Australia.
Facilitated sisterhood between University of Newcastle and Korean junior colleges, Pohang University of Science and Technology, one of Korea’s top universities dedicated to science and engineering and Ewha Women’s University, the Korea’s largest university for women.               
Developed the first articulation program for nursing between Korean colleges with the University of Newcastle in Australia. Since 1988, ISEP has sent well over 1,000 nurses through the Newcastle program.
1994
Expanded business focus from Australia to other destinations including the United States (USA) , Canada, the United Kingdom (UK), New Zealand, Switzerland, and Ireland.
1995
Developed an articulation program for the Fine Arts and Design graduates at the University of Dundee, Scotland.
Developed an articulation program of RN-BSN Nursing program with Husson College in the United States.
1996
Opened the first Korean education agents web site at www.isep.co.kr.
1999
Developed Diploma and Bachelor of Golf programs between Korean University and Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia.
1999
Held an exhibition for the IEE(International Education Exchange) Community College Consortium in the United States.
2000
Developed a similar articulation program (akin to University of Newcastle) for the Design graduates and Nursing with the Queensland University of Technology.
2000
Developed an articulation program with Hawaii Pacific University.
2004
ISEP initiated the lobbying and coordinated among junior college presidents, executives of the Junior College Association, and officers of the Ministry of Education, in order that junior colleges could link with foreign institutions to offer degrees in Korean language conducted by Korean academics.
2005
Developed an articulation program for the Physiotherapy graduates at the University of Newcastle, Australia.
Developed a similar articulation program for the Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport in the United Staets.
2005
Opened an affiliated company, Global Edu Links (GEL).
GEL specializes in the implementation of the Educational Programs Joint Operation (EPJO), which relates to joint and/or dual diplomas for students enrolled at Korean junior colleges and for the Double Degree Program (DDP), such as Bachelor and/or Master degrees, for students attending Korean universities under the Higher Education Act Enforcement Ordinance of the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Korea.

ARTICULATION PROGRAM
 
A. Korean Junior colleges to overseas Universities
  • Art & Design Program
    Kaywon School of Arts and Design
    Hanyang Women's College
    University of Dundee in the UK
    Queensland University of Technology in Australia
    Through the articulation program, graduates of Korean junior colleges will be granted two years of credits towards a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Design (Industrial Design), provided that they successfully complete a one-year intensive English language program and complete the final year of studies of their Bachelor's degree.
  • Nursing Program
    65 Korean Nursing Junior College graduates will be able to complete their RN-BSN Program in one year after successful completion of a one-year intensive English language program at The University of Newcaslte (Australia) or Queensland University of Technology (Australia)
  • Golf Program
    Professor Park Y.M of Korea University, Prof. Hwan I.S of Yonsei University, and Mr. J.K. Kim, President of ISEP Korea, have developed a Diploma and Bachelor of Golf programs with Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia. High School graduates can study for the first two years at Korea University to obtain their Diploma in Golf, and then go to Victoria University for one year of English language classes, and then one year (three semesters) to receive their Bachelor in Golf degree.

    KHSA graduates will enter the 1st year of the BA degree after successful completion of a one-year intensive English language program.

ISEP's Publications Division, is supported by experienced counselors and and an extensive information network. It publishes several informational books under the umbrella title, "Overseas Study Guide Book," with individual country books on the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland, for students looking to study abroad. Additionally, ISEP's Publications Division regularly translates overseas institutions' brochures.
